Patti LuPone has won several prestigious awards throughout her career. She received the Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Musical for Company. She also won the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical for Gypsy, as well as the Distinguished Performance Award from the Drama League Awards for the same role. Additionally, she earned the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical for Gypsy and the Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical for Gypsy. Patti LuPone was honored with the Drama League Award for Distinguished Achievement in Musical Theatre. Her performance in The Old Neighborhood earned her the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play. She won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Solo Performance for Patti LuPone on Broadway. For Anything Goes, she received the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical. Internationally, she was awarded the Olivier Award for Outstanding Performance of the Year by an Actress in a Musical for The Cradle Will Rock. Patti LuPone also won the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical and the Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical for Evita.
